Welcome to Horizon Learning Academy. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

Horizon Learning Academy offers a range of educational services including Primary Education, Secondary Education, STEM Programs, Arts and Music Classes, and Sports and Physical Education.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information during enrollment.
• Users are responsible for attending classes as per schedule.
• Users must adhere to the academy's code of conduct.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All fees are payable in advance at the start of each term. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least two weeks before the commencement of a term for a full refund. No refunds will be provided after this period except in exceptional circumstances as determined by Horizon Learning Academy.

6. Liability Limitations

The academy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by the academy is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute any material without written permission from Horizon Learning Academy.

9. Force Majeure

The academy shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
